On this job we recovered valuable personal images from a faulty SD digital camera card. Within 24 hours of the customer contacting us, we had recieved their faulty card, extracted multiple images, and returned to the customer, a newly burned CD of all the recovered images, and their original faulty SD card, which we later found was under warranty, but data recovery was not included under its terms.

"Recovered my lost images..."
Otto contacted us because his S-ATA hard disk had just failed. He had stored on the disk a huge collection of digital pictures which he had taken over a long period of time. After doing an initial diagnostics on the drive, it was discovered this was a hardware failure. We were able to recover most of the images but sadly we couldn't save the hard drive. The drive was under warranty so Otto has a new hard drive to keep his recovered images on.
